Frances was born, raised and educated in England, and studied engineering at the University of Leeds. She relocated to the USA in 1999 – initially to Upstate New York, and then to Boise in 2002.

During her 28-year career as an engineer in the semiconductor industry, she worked for many companies in countries around the world and developed a variety of skills which will directly translate to a successful career in real estate: managing complex technical projects with multi-million dollar inventories and challenging timelines; paying meticulous attention to detail (and reading the small print!); accurate and insightful data-analysis (she loves crunching numbers!); efficient time-management and an innovative, creative and decisive approach to problem-solving.

Her outstanding inter-personnel, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills allowed her to interface productively with a wide range of co-workers across all levels – from the shop floor to senior executives, and across cultures and time zones.

International relocation and the experience of living in many different cultures around the World has given Frances an appreciation of what it really means to feel as though you’re “home” – as though you belong – as well as personally understanding the upheaval involved in actually moving your home from one place to another!

In 2013, she decided to devote more time to family, and became a full-time Mom and Household Manager – not to mention soccer coach and HIIRT boot camp instructor! The last few years have taught her many new skills, including empathy, patience, understanding and the value of truly listening, as well as the ability to empower, motivate and inspire clients to achieve their personal goals by creating supportive, strong and trusting relationships, while fostering a sense of mutual respect.

Frances and her family now live in the East End, after many years in Harris Ranch. They love life in Idaho, and truly appreciate all this great state and Boise has to offer, from the bustling downtown core and vibrant arts scene to the beautiful parks and easy access to trails.
Frances loves exploring the trails in the Boise foothills, hiking, and backpacking in the Idaho mountains, and downhill skiing at both Bogus Basin and Brundage Mountain, as well as volunteering in the Boise School District and with the Girl Scouts.

She will be working closely with the team at Trail 27 and with her good friend Kealy Baughman – the Owner and Broker.
She loves helping clients navigate which one of Boise’s diverse and unique neighborhoods are the right fit while guiding them down the path to loving where they live!
